When you submit a contact request, the information you provide is securely recorded and a notification is sent to Le Strand so the team can respond.
Information Covered
The assessment may involve corridor, timing, household composition, professional-team status, residence preferences and weekly operating-pattern information. Identity and contact details are requested only after the Private Landing Brief, if you choose to save or receive it or arrange a conversation. No documents, street addresses or financial-account credentials are requested by the assessment.
Purpose and Choice
Assessment answers are used to prepare the Private Landing Brief and sequence family geography, professional timing, South Florida operating patterns and residence strategy. A service request, professional-introduction consent and marketing consent are separate choices. Professional-introduction consent is optional and is required only if you specifically ask Le Strand to coordinate an introduction.
Local Assessment State
Before you submit a contact request, assessment progress and answers remain in this browser on this device. You can remove that saved state by starting again or clearing this site’s browser data. The full Brief is available before contact information is requested.
Secure Request Architecture
Contact requests pass through a dedicated Cloudflare Worker, use Cloudflare Turnstile for request validation and are stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database. When you submit a contact request, the information you provide is securely recorded and a notification is sent to Le Strand so the team can respond.
Processors and Optional Systems
Cloudflare supports hosting, request validation, D1 storage and restricted email notification for the assessment. Assessment analytics, OpenAI processing, CRM routing and booking remain disabled.
Retention, Access and Deletion
Accepted contact requests are recorded in the dedicated intake database. Requests for access, correction or deletion may be made through Le Strand’s published contact route. Assessment state that has not been submitted remains under the browser controls described above.
International Processing
The assessment is designed for internationally mobile households.
Professional and Marketing Permissions
Requesting a general Private Landing Office consultation does not authorize a professional introduction. A requested introduction to an independent licensed professional requires its own explicit, unchecked consent. Optional correspondence is separately controlled and is not bundled with either the service request or professional-introduction consent.
Professional Scope
Le Strand coordinates the landing process and may introduce independent licensed professionals. Le Strand does not itself provide legal, tax, immigration, medical, investment or school-admissions advice; those services remain with independent licensed professionals.
